January 2007 Newsletter

New Year, New Challenge

This year we have set ourselves a challenge - to raise £2007 in 2007.  The reason for this is that we

would like to provide our children with some state of the art play equipment to enhance the playground. 

Thoughts at the moment are centred around a wooden pirate ship and some picnic tables but the

possibilities are endless and any ideas and input would be greatly appreciated.

Last term's events:

School disco

Non-uniform day

Bags to school  

A big thank you to everyone who supported these events.

Dates for your diary:

Thursday 1st March     - Disco 6.00-7.30pm

Friday 9th March          - Sponsored skip

Thursday 29th March   - Easter Egg decorating competition

May/June                       - Family night joint with St Joseph's. Date to be confirmed.

A parent has kindly offered to maintain the PTA website page.

The next PTA meeting is on Monday 12th February at 7.00pm.  Everyone welcome.
