about the AEAS
The AEAS is an Association of Scotland's Education Advisers which supports the development of education in Scotland with a particular focus on entitlement and quality.

Membership is open to Advisers and officers of Local Education Authorities who are mainly employed in advising on matters relating to curriculum and staff development.

The AEAS is administered by a National Executive Committee which meets at least five times a year.

Through this Executive Committee the AEAS represents the views of the membership to external bodies, organises an Annual Conference and Annual General Meeting, and organises other seminars and events.
