4  Consultation Process
The importance of our being involved in consultation was stressed but also pointed out was the practicality of responding to each and every document.

Decision: Jan Ward receives every document which requires a response. This would trigger a call to AEAS secretary who, if no copy received on behalf of AEAS, would contact appropriate body. The Chair and Secretary would thereafter nominate members of the Executive to respond on the group's behalf At AGM in March, the Executive will decide who on the Committee best matches particular key areas and formulate 'consultation list'. In effect, a kind of database will be created. T Ashton will list recent documents on AEAS website.

Review of Assessment Document (response date, March): N Conlin, J Ward and A Home will respond on our behalf
