ABERDEEN GUIDANCE NETWORK ACTION PLAN
2000-2001

In accordance with decisions at the meeting of 8 November 2000, Terry wrote to Guidance teams with details of the task required (monitoring progress) and asked those interested to contact him.

There has been one expression of interest – but then it is quality that counts! Carol Milne from Hazlehead Academy has kindly volunteered to undertake the task and will probably begin to work on it during the second week in December (the 12 days will be spread out from December to March)

One of the first things she will be doing is trying to get a complete picture of what is happening around the city.  She will be contacting as many people as possible, but, if your school has a method of monitoring progress through guidance could you possibly either send any materials you may have to Carol at Hazlehead Academy or drop her a line to indicate that you will be willing to talk with her about it. Alternatively simply send Terry an e-mail at TAshton@education.aberdeen.net.uk    (Carol does not have e-mail at present).
