Report of the Scottish Youth Summit 2000 The Scottish Youth Summit, the first event of its kind ever held in Scotland, was an opportunity for young people to talk directly to each other and to Ministers about the issues that concerned them most.  You can now read trhe full report.
The Young Persons Guide A website reference book researched specifically for the needs of Children, Students, Parents and Teachers.  It contains details of 950 sites covering over 230 different subjects.   It aims to unlock the vast educational potential of the worldwide web in a safe, clear and effective format.
Young people's views and experiences of growing up A study, carried out by Save the Children between 1998 and 2000, focuses on young people who were seen as having taken on responsibilities beyond their years, namely, teenage mothers, care leavers, young workers and those participating in youth organisations. It explores their views and experiences of making the transition from 'childhood' to 'adulthood', especially in relation to skills gained, support received and future aspirations.

Young Scot Young Scot offers incentives, information and opportunities to young people to help them make informed choices, play a part in community life, and make the most of their leisure and learning.  Young Scot believes that young people can do a lot for themselves- if they have the information and support.
Teenage Health Freak website An interactive website based on the "Diary" of the same name.
Dr Ann's  Surgery This is a virtual surgery for young people to check up their
own health, in private.  Just pick a personality and explore the topics you’re interested in by using the signboard. No charges, no waiting and definitely no manky pot plants in the corner.
Youth Org UK YouthOrg UK is a virtual community for young people and
professionals using the Internet for learning. The Project is managed by UK Youth (Formerly Youth Clubs UK) - "The UK Network for Quality Work with Young People".
THE NEWSPAPER This is the online version of a free resource mailed to schools for school students, teachers and parents.  It aims to provide opportunities to interest the young people in the wider world.  The Newspaper welcomes contributions and comments.
EURO<26 EURO<26 is a personal youth card entitling young people under 26 to discounts in 30 European countries.  The website has lots of other interesting information about Europe
