In 2002 Burdock went to Canada

Burdock took Albert to Canada.

On the way to Canada they stopped off to visit Dandelion and Miss Kelly in the USA. They invited some friends and had a party.

While they were in the USA Burdock and Albert went to some places they had not been before.

Miss Kelly took them to Wild Wood and they went Dolphin watching boat trip.

Albert got very excited. He saw lots of Dolphins.
Then they went for a ride on an old railway train.
The driver was very nice and let Burdock drive the train.
Burdock and Albert spent two days in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania - which was interesting as they had just come from Lancaster Count (Lancashire) England.
They bought some new cloths from an Amish shop.
Mrs Flint and her family went with Burdock and Albert. Mrs Flint's husband made them all go to Gettysburg to look at a famous US Civil War battlefield.
When they got to Canada they were greeted by a "Mounty".
The "Mounty" took Burdock for a ride. Albert was frightened of the horse.

In Toronto they went up the Toronto Tower, one of the tallest buildings in the world. From the top of the tower you can look down into the Baseball Stadium.

Part of the floor is made of glass. Burdock and Albert sat on the glass floor.
Albert felt sick, but Burdock was very brave and looked down.
The next day Burdock went on another boat trip around the 1000 islands. This is where 1000 islands source comes from.
The main reason that Burdock wanted to visit Canada was to see the Niagara Falls.
Burdock and Albert went on yet another boat ride to see the falls close up. They got very wet.
All the people that Burdock meet were very nice and she made a special friend.
