Goosebumps - The Beast from the East

R.L. Stine

This book is about three children who were going on a camping trip with their Mum and Dad in the woods.
When they found their camp spot, the children went and had a look around.
They were looking around when they heard a strange noise so they hid behind a bush.
They saw three huge beasts looking around and when they thought they were gone they got up and started to run but the beasts caught them. One of the beasts went up to one of them and said your it. They all looked at each other strangely.
Then they realised it was a game. Then while they were looking for the beasts they ran into some snakes and got caught up in them and the snakes were squeezing them very hard but in the end they managed to free themselves. At the end when the game was nearly over the girl jumped up and said it is over but then she got tagged by one of the beasts. So they took them away and sat them down and as they were going to eat them they realised that two of the boys were twins so they said "Sorry, you are in the wrong game, you are at level three". So they went back off home, but they ran into another beast that was on level three and said "Your it" Basically the story is about a game. My opinion of the book is that it is a good story and I would recommend it to ages 12 and over.
