Structure

The senior management comprises the Head and his Deputy and 6 Directors of Information Systems, Lower School, Upper School, Technology and Administration.
Each Director heads a Directorate which is responsible for a cluster of academic subjects and Whole School responsibilities the exception is the Director of Administration who heads the support staff.
Together these colleagues form the Senior Management Board.
The curriculum is delivered by subject areas headed by Senior Academic Managers and Academic Managers viz.
English, Mathematics, Modern Languages (French, & Spanish), Science (Balanced Science, Physics, Chemistry and Biology), Technology (Design Technology, Construction Materials, Food Technology and Textiles), Art and Design, BIS, Geography, History and Religious Education
and the individual subject areas of the Expressive Arts viz. Music, Drama, Dance, and Physical Education.
Provision is made for cross-curricular liaison in Personal & Social Education, Information Technology and Special Educational Needs and this is the responsibility of Co-ordinators.
