Many Ancient Egyptian buildings were constructed as a means of honouring their rulers. As you visit some of these buildings, think about the effort involved in building them in a time when bulldozers and cranes weren't invented.
The pyramids at Giza in Egypt are one of The Seven Wonder of the Ancient World. There are some who believe that they may be over 11,000 Years Old.
