A series of "Numeracy" challenges against the clock.
9:30am Individual Round
Students will have an opportunity to shine individually though collectively make points for their team. The highest student score will receive a prize.
10:15am Guestimation
A circus of mathematical estimation challenges
10:45am Break
11:00am Patana Millionaire
Just like the TV programme. One volunteer from each school.
11:30am Team Round 2
12 points for 1st correct answer, 8 points for 2nd, then 5 points for any other correct answers within 3 minutes.
12:00noon Cray Pots
An innovative Australian mathematical activity, modeled on the decision-making of Crayfish fishermen (sorry fisherpersons)
12:45pm Lunch
