David became a KS3 consultant at Easter 2001. He joined Birmingham LEA in 1993 as a mathematics teacher. He has been a head of department and been involved in a number of Supplementary Schools. His work involves supporting the implementation of the KS3 Numeracy Strategy across the LEA and to implement Core Skills (Maths) initiatives for professional development activities for Secondary schools.
