Key Objectives Spreadsheets

Record keeping can often be a chore and the results difficult to use. The spreadsheet available here can be used to analyse how different groups of pupils or individuals perform on particular objectives. Aggregate scores also highlight which objectives are strengths or weaknesses across the class. The information gathered should be used to inform future planning.

ICT -based records are highly desirable because they highlight information automatically and allow you to sort data very easily. Ian Miles of Wolverhampton Numeracy Team has written these Excel programs for the NNS Key Objectives.
Detailed instructions can be downloaded to explain how to use them.
Once completed the spreadsheets highlights which objectives are strengths or issues across a year group or class. Future planning and target groups can also be more easily selected.
