Miss Gordon is available to help and advise wherever possible. If you feel you need a longer time, she is always willing to make an appointment at a time to suit you both. The most important people in our school are the children. Our main concern is that each child is happy and successful during his/her time at William Davies.

We hope we can resolve these within the school but Newham Council does have an education complaints procedure. This is available at the school should you so wish.

As part of their education children are taken on educational visits to enhance their learning. By law we are unable to charge for these outings but we do ask for your voluntary contributions towards the cost of transport and entrance fees. However no child will be prevented from going on a trip due to financial difficulties.
