The Quest - Part 4

Entering The UnderCaves
Gothmog had an idea. "If we scrape the earth from the sides into here, it will fill the pit up!" As they did this, it did work, but every time they put some in the far corner, it disappeared! LiteStar put his hand there and it went through the wall. He stuck his head through. Inside was a beautiful passage covered in mosses of all sorts of colours. When everyone saw LiteStar disappear through the wall, they followed. Suddenly, Jade piped up "I'm hungry.""So am I said LiteStar"
"Don't forget me," said Elija
"I'm always last," said Gothmog but I found a colony. They will have food!"
"Let's go! said everyone.
They entered the colony, and found it was mayhem. People were running around yelling
"DEMON ATTACK! DEMON ATTACK!" everyone ran into a room. Everyone, that is, apart from LiteStar and Gothmog.Suddenly everywhere was deadly silent. The demon rushed in and breathed fire near to LiteStar, who ran up to him and jumped on his back with his axe. He repeatedly struck the demon’s head while Gothmog ran into the room where everyone was hiding. When he went in, Jason sprang out!
"They put my dead body into a special healing cove, so now I can come and help you!" he yelled to LiteStar. He stood by the demon’s side, and the demon’s head turned around and coated him in fire. "JASON!" LiteStar yelled.
"Yes!" Jason said "my plan is working. The demon thinks I am still there, being toasted, but I ducked at last minute and crawled away!"
The heat was immense now. LiteStar and Jason hid in the room. The demon was still flaming himself to death. There was a mighty POP and sizzling and popping and the demon died. The smoke was evil smelling and everyone evacuated. When they went back in, there was a LOT of demon meat where the demon had been! Everyone had a big feast and the leader of the colony thanked LiteStar and Jason, and gave them 50 gold coins each! "Now we need to find Ariel" said Jason.
